70 burgers

48 dogs

6 bags of chips – 2 cheetos, 2 barbeque, 1 doritos, 1 reg chips

1 head of lettuce

4 large sliced tomatoes

1 onion, 3/4 sliced, 1/4 diced

mayo

ketchup

mustard

dill pickles

60 burger buns

48 dog buns

3 large cans baked beans

cool-aid to drink – start with 3 gallons, 2 ea contry time lemonade make 1.5 gal each

 

ice cream bars for dessert – have 80

TURN ON OVEN NOW

Start cleaning grill

Start making beans, 3 cans total in 2 pans

 

5:15   

Put Beans in Oven

Light Charcoal, 2 of the Chimney Lighters Full to the top

Dump Charcoal, 1 Chimney in each side of grill.

Pour Remainder of Bag of Charcoal split across both sides of grill on top of hot coals.

Start Cooking Burgers

Slice tomatoes, lettuce, onion

Prepare Serving Area with Napkins, Chips, Forks/Spoons

Ketchup Pump, Squeeze Mustard

Prepare Buns for Serving

Prepare Plates for Serving

Get Cups from pantry

Put Ice in Cups and pour lemonade

Put out the Pickles and Mayonnaise

Begin Serving Food

1-serving plates/buns/meat

1-serving beans

1-serving drinks

1-serving ketchup and mustard

1-serving mayo

1-serving pickles/tomatoes/onions

1 roaming and picking up duties where needed
